Dear Bob,
We just wanted to say THANK YOU.
Over the years we have purchased and sold several homes. and frankly we have been fortunate to have encountered top real estate professionals in almost every transaction. However, and without reservation, we both want you and Graciela to know how very pleased we are with your efforts on our behalf.
Just to review. You had to practically twist my arm to get me to come see our new home. I was late for an appointment and in a hurry. But you pleasantly persisted saying " I think the exact home you are describing is on the market". When I relented for a "quick look" you showed Belgian Drive to us. And Bob, you were right. It is as though we had designed our perfect home and someone built it for us.
Throughout what could have been a difficult negotiations and escrow for the property you were always on time, always called when anything new developed, explained the process clearly, calmly advised and counseled us and paid close attention to all the details. You did a great job. But what happened after the sale was completed?
You continued to stay in touch asking questions about what we needed to change in our new home and suggested ways of accomplishing the changes. When it was decided the barn and home needed washing, you appeared with your pressure washer and started on the barn. When I was out of town we had our first rainstorm in our new home. A drainage problem occured and my wife, noticing an rea beginning to flood, called you. You responded by using a plumber's balloon to clear the obstruction in the drain and placed a grating over it to insure it would not refill. You have quickly become a friend and good neighbor.
If asked to describe Bob Jacques, I would simply say:
